All is well in the world of professional football, as the NFL came back in dazzling fashion for Week 1 of the 2020 season. Enticing debuts, back-and-forth contests and a number of upsets capped off a long-awaited return following an excruciatingly long offseason.
Week 2 kicks off on the 100th birthday of the NFL, and what a better contest to celebrate than two of the most decorated franchises in league history squaring off on Thursday Night Football — the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow and Baker Mayfield face off in a battle of No. 1 overall draft picks, with both players dying to be the ones to lift their lowly franchises into greener pastures.
All 32 teams are in action over the next 120 hours, so let’s break down the upcoming slate, check the current standings and see everyone’s staff picks for Week 2.
