Hogan went undrafted after the 2017 NFL Draft and signed with the Arizona Cardinals. Hogan then signed to the Colts practice squad after being released by the Cardinals during final cut downs. He spent time on the Colts practice squad and active roster in 2017-18. Hogan also spent time with the New Orleans Saints and the Tennessee Titans.
Kelly was originally drafted in the seventh round by the Denver Broncos in the 2017 NFL Draft. Kelly was waived by the Broncos after some off the field issues. The Colts signed Kelly in 2019 and has spent time on both the active roster and practice squad.
