Former Colts QB Andrew Luck spotted in Colorado throwing with high school team

Is this a whole lotta something or nothing?

Well, this is interesting. Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, who retired almost two years ago to the day, was spotted earlier this week in Colorado. Where it gets really eye-opening is that he was helping out a high school football team where he was throwing the football around in 7-on-7.

Is Luck starting to get the itch to play football again? It’s something, or most likely nothing at all. However, with someone as unique as Luck, I guess you can never rule anything out.

Hypothetically speaking, Luck would be entering his age-33 season in 2022-23, if he were to return to football. The Colts still hold his playing rights, so either he would suit up again for Indianapolis or getting traded for a massive amount of draft picks.

I just wanted to throw this out there, because nowadays you see quarterbacks into their late 30s, early 40s. If Luck felt like he wanted to play again, he could have another 5-8 years left in his gas tank after taking three years away from the game.

It would be an unreal scenario if Luck pulled a Brett Favre all over again. Favre threw with wide receivers at a local Mississippi high school, then realized he can still spin the pigskin at an NFL level. Favre then went on to join the Minnesota Vikings to finish off his professional playing career.

So, Colts fans, what would you do? Bring back Luck or move on with Carson Wentz, if he proves himself this season?

Again, this is likely nothing, but this is our first real public appearance for Luck around football since his shocking retirement.
