Possible coaching/front office changes

So this offseason, looks like:

Matt Eberflus (DC)
Scottie Montgomery (RBs)
Mike Groh (WRs)
Morocco Brown (director of college scouting)
Ed Dodds (assistant GM)

all are interviewing with other teams. That seems like a fair amount of significant turnover. Thoughts on the impact? I think I am now equally concerned about the offense and defense!
