Just saw this up on CBS Sports. I can't say I'm not surprised. I've been a fan since the mid 70s and have never seen so much dysfunction within the organization. Irsay looks burned out to me and his meddling is having a detrimental effect on the team. I'd hate to lose solid guys like Ballard, Dodds and Brown but I can't see a front office wanting to be tied to a head coach they didn't support. I see alot of fans bailing and moving on over this.
