Drives me crazy. He has to have the most 3rd down catches one yard short of a first down in NFL history.

Why?

The Colts in general have that issue, and have for the last few years, but it's almost like Pittman does it on purpose. His YACs are 0 on those plays almost every time. Or at least it seems so.
