Is there any chance that Ballard shocks the football world and takes Hendon Hooker at number 4? He just seems like such an obvious fit in terms of what Steichen and Ballard are looking for. It would obviously be a reach based on what draft folks are expecting, but Ballard has done it before. I could also see them trade back with someone like the Raiders and try to take him later in the first.
